Camera-Ready Submission Instructions for Authors Click to toggle

Authors of accepted papers will upload the final version of their paper through EasyChair. Authors will log in to EasyChair, open their accepted submission, and use the Update file option to upload the final camera-ready PDF version that will appear in the conference proceedings.

Page Limits and Format

Accepted papers must adhere strictly to the applicable page limits:

  • Regular papers: up to 10 pages, including all figures, tables, references, and appendices.
  • Short papers: up to 6 pages, including all figures, tables, references, and appendices.
  • Over-length pages: Up to 2 additional pages are allowed in each category, subject to applicable over-length page charges.

All camera-ready papers must be formatted using the standard IEEE two-column conference proceedings format. Authors should download and use the official IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings . Violations of the required template may result in removal from proceedings.

Important Author Guidelines

  • The uploaded file must be the final, complete revised PDF of your paper.
  • If any adjustments are made to the paper title or the order of authors, ensure that the metadata in EasyChair (via Update authors and Update information) matches the final PDF exactly.
  • No new authors may be added, and existing authors may not be removed at the camera-ready stage without prior written approval from the TPC Chairs.

IEEE PDF eXpress Compliance

All final PDF submissions must be verified for IEEE PDF eXpress compliance. Papers that do not meet compliance requirements cannot be published in the PST proceedings. Accepted papers will be posted for review, pending approval.

IEEE PDF eXpress Verification Steps
  1. Access IEEE PDF eXpress .
  2. First-time users should create a new account using their email address.
  3. Enter the PST 2027 Conference ID (to be announced upon acceptance notification).
  4. Upload your camera-ready source or PDF to generate or verify an IEEE PDF eXpress-compliant PDF.
  5. Download the validated compliant PDF and submit it via EasyChair.

Once you obtain your validated PDF eXpress file, upload that exact file to EasyChair as your final camera-ready submission.
