About the Conference

PST2017,  the fifteenth International Conference on Privacy, Security and Trust (PST), will be held in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The conference will continue the tradition of bringing together researchers  around the three themes of privacy, security, and trust, to present their latest findings and discuss their results and application is practice.

The conference is planned over three days

The first day will consist of invited talks by security and privacy experts on the latest emerging challenges in the three themes. In addition, thought provoking panel discussions will allow participants to be explore current challenges being addressed by scholars, practitioners, and policy makers. Participants will also have the opportunity to network with colleagues from academia, industry and the public sector to facilitate ongoing collaborations aimed at building partnerships and collaborations well beyond the three days of the conference.

The second and third day will see the presentation of state-of-the-art scholarship and innovative approaches to practical issues around the three main themes of the conference.

The conference is sponsored and organized by members of Institute for Security, Privacy and Information Assurance (ISPIA) at the University of Calgary.
