Venue

The Rozsa Centre is a University of Calgary conference facility that welcomes conference guests from all over the world. It houses meeting, conference and reception spaces highlighted by the Husky Oil Great Hall with its two fireplaces, wood paneling and lots of natural light. All presentations and breaks will take place in the Rozsa Centre's meeting venues, on the main University of Calgary campus.

All rooms are equipped with a screen, projector, computer podium, cables to connect laptops to the podium/projectors, wireless microphone, lapel microphone, and blackboards or whiteboards. The easiest option for speakers is to bring their talks on a USB key in PDF or PowerPoint format and copy it onto the computer in the lecture room. Alternatively, PC users can hook up their own laptop, but Mac users are advised to supply their own adapters.

The University of Calgary offers access to Eduroam which is accessed using credentials from home institutions. The wireless network AirUC-Guest is also available; upon opening a new browser window on your device, you will be redirected to the registration page and have access for 72 hours.
